The Old Rectory, Bryngwyn

Very comfortable, very hospitable. This old vicarage farmhouse has been restored to a high standard by Lee and Wendy Miles. It is situated with direct access for riders onto Newchurch Hill and the old green droving road which links Newchurch and Offas Dyle to the Edw Valley and Cwmfilo.

Guests will find fascinating collections of old things tastefully arranged around the house. When Wendy first started catering for riders 4 or 5 years ago she was worried that her cooking may not be up to standard. But she need not have worried - its great. Good wholesome food. Just what hungry riders need at the end of a day in the saddle.
