The Offas Trail - 2 Days
This trail gets its name from Offas Dyke and part of the route travels along the Dyke before you drop down into Gladestry itself. Starting at FreeRein HQ you travel over the Begwns to Painscastle where you then head East to stay at The Royal Oak Inn.

The Royal Oak only has one letting room so accommodation is also available at Offas Lodge (less than 5 minutes walk from the Inn). When staying at Offas lodge your evening meal is taken at the Royal Oak. On the second day travel back via a different route with the option to finish at Pendre Barns.
Leisurely Options
Although this trail is a good long days ride from FreeRein HQ, it can also be started from Pendre Barns with a number of leisurely options (around 4 hours) travelling to Gladestry.
