Join us for an Epic Horseback Journey & Beach Ride this June
Freerein’s One and Only Beach Ride…
Due to popular demand, earlier in the year we added one last Guided Trans Cambrian North beach ride for 2015.
With just four saddles left, if you’ve always wanted to experience Freerein’s most adventurous trail ride, and one and only beach ride – it’s now or never.
Travel though some of the most remote and unexplored parts of Wales, home to an abundance of wildlife, including magnificent Red Kites, and of course herds of wild Welsh Mountain ponies.
Evenings along the way are spent at an assortment of friendly and welcoming country inns, such as the recently refurbished Star Inn. You really are in the middle of nowhere here, but rest assured that you will be well looked after by the new management – there’s now even a sauna to help ease those tired muscles.
You and your fit and friendly Freerein GG will enjoy six days of exploring rolling hills, beautiful green lanes and quiet forestry tracks together. Days on the beach ride, are typically 15 to 20 miles in length, there will be time for a leisurely picnic and a few shorter pit stops on the way – pack plenty of nibbles (and don’t forget the Polo’s!)
By day five you should have your first glimpse of the sea out on the horizon. A big pat for your trusty Freerein steed – you’re nearly there!
On day six the beach ride is just a short trot or two away. Then you and your sure-footed Freerein horse/pony (who you will have got to know, really quite well over the last week) can enjoy your beach ride and an exhilarating canter, along the golden sands of Ynyslas beach.
